Dear Program Partners & Interested Partners;

It is time for a change! As the economical times are changing partnerships with non-profits are becoming more prevalent in our society. The more we work together the more funding we are all seeing come to our programs! That is what CSI is here to help you with! Through this partnership we will offer you a professional experienced fundraiser/grant writer, staff support, and many more benefits. We do not ask you to pay us, or to do any more than join us in our charge to bring affordable, accessible programs for healthy living to our Valley communities.

In partnership we do ask that once a sponsor has been identified, you as an organization do not solicit additional funding from that business or individual. We have made an agreement with them to distribute the funds they donate as they designate, or through a non-conflicting distribution of all program partners. In this way we enable those sponsors to give more generously as they know the funds will be given equally amongst the partnership programs. We do not dictate that you cannot fundraise for yourselves, just that you respect that we have gone out and done the work with those businesses and individuals for you.

Our sponsors have been very excited about this new way of fundraising in the valley and are pledging more and more support, as they will be able to give liberally one time instead of reserving for future requests. We all need funding, and we all need financial help, to make this happen we all need to work together. In addition to traditional fundraising, we have begun grant writing efforts, to include many of the state and federal level grants. Through these larger grants we will be able to not only support you our partners but to offer scholarships for your participants. Our funds will be distributed equally among our partners based on a needs assessment performed based on previous and projected budgets.

When you submit your partnership agreement with Community Sports, Inc. we ask that you also provide us with your budget from the previous year and your projected budget for the upcoming year. It is our goal; at CSI to take away the pain of fundraising so that you may focus on the programs you provide our valley! Community Sports, Inc. is here to support you and to do what it takes to make sports available to our entire community.

As a partnership organization Community Sports, Inc. is dedicated to providing professional services to our members. Those services include, but are not limited to:

1. Volunteer Recruitment & Enrollment
2. Centralized Registration Assistance & On-Line Registration
3. Partnership Management in coordination with a program liaison, to include administrative support, fundraising support, database support, marketing, and reporting direction, as well as additional support as agreed
4. Partner Relations Support
5. Publicity Support
6. Scholarship Activities
7. Special Event Support
